- Ads (optional): Google Ads and Meta Ads, managed and reported by the calls, bookings and customers they bring.
- Booking paths: booking, order and quote links that work from Google, AI assistants and the business's own site, checked monthly.
- Reputation: reviews answered, listings kept correct on Google, Yelp, Apple Maps and others.
- Website: facts, hours, schema and booking links kept right on the existing site; a rebuild is quoted separately.
- Tech setup (quoted as a project): email, domain, booking, payment and phone tools set up and connected.
- Reporting: one monthly report with two numbers kept separate: AI visibility (how often and how accurately assistants name the business, labeled by the surface measured) and customer outcomes (calls, bookings and confirmed new customers, each with its source).
